Ross Minority Program in Real Estate

In 2013, Price Philanthropies hosted the USC Ross Minority Program in Real Estate in City Heights. This intensive, comprehensive continuing education program provided real estate practitioners, non-profit and community leaders, public sector decision makers, and entrepreneurs with skills and expertise to influence the redevelopment process in traditionally underserved communities. A diverse cohort of twelve students participated. Classes were taught by USC Price faculty including Richard Green, Chris Redfearn, Jenny Schuetz, Liz Falleta, and Allan Kotin. A host of leading real estate professionals participated on panels, gave lectures, and evaluated student projects. A generous gift from Price Philanthropies and funding from the Price Center made the City Heights Ross Minority Program possible.
