Colin Caprara is a Master of Public Policy student at USC Price. He received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science at the University of California, Berkeley. A former legal professional and high school debate coach, Colin’s research interests involve education and housing policy, with a focus on expanding opportunities for communities of color and improving public policy equity. Prior to USC, Colin worked at Reno & Cavanaugh PLLC where he conducted legal and political research on public housing and tax law. Before that, Colin served the U.S. Senate Select Committee on Ethics where he researched Congressional history, parliamentary rules, and case law as requested by the Chief Counsel and Committee Members. In his spare time, Colin enjoys listening to podcasts, hiking, and eating delicious food.
